Hello Friend,

Do you have what it takes to lead a remote team?

Teams come in all shapes and sizes. Most organizations will have a mix of full-time, part-time, and one-off project freelancers.

There are also some financial advantages to having a remote team like savings on office space, equipment, and transportation.

However, leading a remote team presents challenges when that team is made up of people who never meet in person and who are often in different time zones and from different cultures.

You must step up as a leader in a way that is not required of you when you have a face-to-face team. More thought, more planning, and more creativity are required.

So, how would you assess your remote leadership skills? Are you:

  1. Doing a terrific job with your leadership development?
  2. Doing fine as a leader, but you have the potential to do better?
  3. Does it look like you need to focus more on your remote team leadership skills?

As leaders, we must learn how to do our best in helping our team achieve their top performance. While doing so, we must also demonstrate the essential characteristics of honesty, integrity, and sincerity.

I’d like to extend an invitation for you to improve your skills during my free, 90-minute, live workshop “Do You Have What it Takes to Lead a Remote Team?"
